4. Ordering and Purchasing

When you place an order on Ciniki Deals:

• You are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
• Payment must be completed before order processing.
• We accept various payment methods as displayed on the platform.
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may include VAT or service fees as applicable.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Payment Terms and Fees

Payment policies for Ciniki Deals are as follows:

• Non-Refundable Fees: Service fees for product sourcing and repair requests are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Escrow Services: Payments for products are held securely in escrow until deal milestones are reached (inspection, acceptance, etc.).
• Payment Disputes: We investigate disputed transactions. If resolved in the buyer's favor, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Failed Transactions: If payment fails, you will be notified. Retry or alternative payment methods should be used.
• Late Payments: Unpaid invoices may result in account suspension or cancellation of pending orders.

6. Delivery and Logistics

Delivery terms are as follows:

• We coordinate delivery through trusted logistics partners within Nigeria.
• Delivery address must be valid and accurate at the time of order.
• Delivery is subject to location accessibility (certain remote areas may incur additional charges).
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery acceptance.
• Delivery delays due to logistics, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our liability.
• Users must inspect items upon delivery. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

7. Product Warranties and Guarantees

All verified products include:

• Authenticity Guarantee: All products are genuine. We will replace counterfeit items at no cost.
• Condition Warranty: New items must arrive unopened. Used items are in the condition as described.
• Functional Guarantee: Products must function as described (excluding wear and tear for used items).
• Warranty Period: 14 days from delivery for new items, 7 days for used items (excluding accidental damage).

Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or modifications made by the buyer.

8. Returns and Refunds

All content on Ciniki Deals, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of TopTech Innovative IT Solution or licensed third parties. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
• Use the platform for competitive purposes or reverse engineering.
• Scrape or extract data from our platform.
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

In case of disputes:

• Contact our support team immediately with details of the issue.
• We will investigate and attempt to resolve within 10 business days.
• If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to management review.
• Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
• Disputes shall be governed by Nigerian law and resolved in Kaduna jurisdiction.

You agree not to engage in:

• Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users or staff.
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Illegal activities or content that violates Nigerian laws.
• Fraud, hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access.
• Spam, unsolicited messages, or mass communications.
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations.
• Selling counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ciniki Deals acts as an intermediary and facilitator.
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the transaction in question.
• We disclaim warranties for platform availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.
• We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services.

14. Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
• Update platform features, policies, and terms.
• Implement new fees or modify existing fees (with 30 days notice).
• Remove users who violate these terms.

15. Cancellation and Account Termination

Users may cancel orders or close accounts as follows:

• Orders can be cancelled before processing begins (full refund).
• Once processing starts, cancellation may incur fees.
