1. Service Fees

The small fees for product sourcing and repair requests are administrative and non-refundable once the vetting or sourcing process has begun.

2. Product Purchases

For verified gadget purchases, if an item is found to be significantly different from the description, we offer a resolution process. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
